Where Am I? Tickets & Venues
Found a show you want to see? Now you need a ticket before everyone else beats you to it! There are several ways to book through BOCS Ticketing: phone (08) 9484 1133 Monday to Saturday 8.30am-8pm visit website at www.bocsticketing.com.au, or lob up in person at one of their outlets or agencies, including at the Festival Village at the Concert Hall. If you’re feeling lucky, you could try buying tickets at relevant venues from an hour before the show, but many events will sell out in advance so that’s a risk. Ticket prices vary, but you can get discounts for groups of 10 or more, and Friends of the Festival receive discounts (as well as other advantages such as backstage access). Friends membership is $55 or $30 concession, so phone (08) 6488 8526 if you’d like to make the most of the festival.
So where’s the Perth International Arts Festival happening? Many of the city’s key arts venues will be buzzing with activity during the festival, as well as a few unlikely locations such as the Supreme Court Gardens and Fraser’s Restaurant. Find out more about some of the venues here, including maps and directions.
The festival isn’t just limited to Perth however, as an extensive regional program takes in the goldfields, great southern and Pilbara regions. Perth CitySearch doesn’t quite stretch its virtual fingers this far, however, so if you’re interested in getting out of town for a show, be sure to visit the festival’s official site for details via the PIAF link on this page.
